Full Home Inspection

Buying a home is a major investment, and a professional home inspection gives you the information needed to move forward with confidence. Old Pueblo Home Inspection provides a thorough evaluation of the home’s visible and accessible structure, systems, and components—from the foundation to the roof—followed by a clear, easy-to-understand report.

You are encouraged to attend the inspection whenever possible. During the walkthrough, Joe will explain the inspection process, discuss significant findings, identify important maintenance considerations, and answer your questions about the property.

As a state-licensed Certified Professional Inspector trained by InterNACHI and the American Home Inspection Training Institute, Joe follows a comprehensive Standards of Practice while carefully evaluating the home’s condition.

  • Interior walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors

A Detailed Report You Can Rely On

After the inspection, you will receive a well-organized digital report containing detailed observations and high-resolution photographs of identified concerns. Your report will be emailed within 24 hours, giving you valuable insight into the property’s current condition, potential repair needs, and important maintenance priorities.

The inspection does not end when the report is delivered. Joe remains available to explain the findings and help ensure you understand the information needed to make a confident home-buying decision.
